Refund Policy

    • 1. Refund Eligibility for Self-Placed Learning / Instructor-Led Training:

      • Full Refund is eligible for 7 days / 2 sessions, whichever comes first.
        • Loan process after 7 days for candidate.

      Any request made beyond this period will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

      2. Event Postponement or Cancellation:

      • Hypha reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, or change its location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
      • In the event of a cancellation by Hypha, 100% of the course fees will be refunded to the delegate, or they may be rescheduled to any upcoming batch without any additional charges.
      • Assessment test fees and GST will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by Hypha

      3. Course Content Deviation:

      • If the live class content significantly deviates from what was advertised, you may request a refund. This request will be subject to review and approval at Hypha’s discretion.

      4. Attendance Policy:

      • No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who fail to attend the course.

      5. Refund Request Process:

      • To initiate a refund request, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request.” Include the reasons for the refund, a screenshot of the payment made, and mention the course applied for.

      6. Duplicate Payment Refunds:

      • Refunds for duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the original method of payment within 3 working days of notification by the customer.

      7. Policy Revisions:

      • Hypha reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this policy without prior notice.


      Placement process:

      • Placement Assistance Criteria:

        • Placement assistance will be provided to candidates who meet the following criteria:

          • Completion of all assignments with an A grade.
          • 80% attendance in sessions.
          • A grade in mock interviews.
          • Candidate should be flexible and open to relocation, to get more interviews.
          • Candidate should submit updated resume before Mock Interviews.
          • Any Non-IT Background candidate will be considered as Fresher for DevOps

      • Placement Opportunities:

        • Hypha will provide with minimum 10 interviews for a candidate and submit their profile for 25 different companies.
        • If a candidate is not able to secure a job after exhausting the 10 interviews, the placement assistance will end, and no further refund will be given.
          • Candidate who miss to 2 interviews arranged by Hypha will be disqualified for Placement Support by Hypha going further.
          • Rejecting 2 Offers will lead to disqualification for Placement Support by Hypha going further.
        • Fake profiles and Fake experience will be disqualified for Placement Support by Hypha going further.
        • Hypha will not take any responsibility for Background verification**.**
